Victoria House is a residential service based in Farnborough, Hampshire which provides slower stream rehabilitation for adults with long-term neurological conditions, traumatic or acquired brain injury through medium or long-term placements. We provide a secure and homely setting which is ideal in supporting individuals to become as independent as possible and is close enough to the local community to offer educational, vocational and employment opportunities.
Our unique range of accommodation at Victoria House gives individuals the opportunity to explore more independent living options from en suite rooms to studios or specially designed apartments with the benefit of full back-up and support on-site if needed.
Our multidisciplinary team at this location includes physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We are also able to refer to community services to gain access to speech and language therapists and neuropsychologists. Our full-time rehabilitation assistants provide on-site support and work with patients to encourage individual social integration and help them to achieve greater independence and a better quality of life.
Our facilities at Victoria House include 13 single occupancy en-suite bedrooms, 4 studio flats and 5 self-contained apartments across ground and first floors with lift access. We also provide several communal spaces including a quiet lounge, activities room, on-site gym, practice kitchen and an extensive self-contained garden, all of which provide an opportunity for one-to-one or group activities.
Victoria House is well located with good public transport links and easy access to community activities. There is free, on-site car parking.

Leave the M3 at Junction 4 onto the A331 towards Guildford/Farnham/Camberley/Farnborough and Aldershot. Continue to the roundabout and take 2nd exit onto A331. Continue on A331 and take the exit to Mytchett/Farnborough. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Coleford Bridge Road. Turn left onto Rectory Road and then onto Avenue Road. Turn left into Sycamore Road and then right into Canterbury Road. Turn right into Albert Road, Victoria House is on right-hand side.
By train. Farnborough station is 1.5 miles from Victoria House. Rail services from central London leave from London Waterloo (South Western Trains) every 15 minutes and take between 45 minutes to an hour to reach Farnborough. By bus. Take the 1 Gold bus (Stagecoach South) from Stop S at Farnborough main rail station for 4 stops (10 minutes) to Albert Road. Walk for 6 minutes to Victoria House. By taxi. There is a taxi rank outside the main entrance to the station.
