Hollanden Park Hospital is an independent specialist neurorehabilitation provider located in Hildenborough, Kent. It provides high quality neurological care and rehabilitation to individuals suffering from neurological disability as a result of Acquired Brain Injury, stroke, progressive neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s Disease. We support individuals who require specialist rehabilitation at different stages of their journey through our established clinical pathways including acute and extended rehabilitation, transitional rehabilitation enabling individuals to return into the community, as well as complex neurological continuing care.
Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team includes consultants in rehabilitation medicine and psychiatry, rehabilitation nurses and assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, speech and language therapists, neurological music therapists and dieticians. The team takes an holistic approach focused on the individual to ensure that those in their care have access to the professional support, advice and intervention they need in order to achieve their personal rehabilitation goals, maximise their independence, have their voice heard at each part of their journey, have control and are empowered to live the life they wish regardless of the challenges they face. Leave the M25 at Junction 5 onto the A21 towards Sevenoaks. Follow the A21 for approximately 9 miles. Take the exit for Sevenoaks A225/Hildenborough B245 and continue to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit (B245) and continue for 3 miles. Turn left onto Coldharbour Lane and continue for one mile to Hollanden Park Hospital, the entrance is on the left-hand side.
By train. Tonbridge Station is 3 miles from the hospital site. Rail services from central London leave from London Bridge, London Waterloo, London Charing Cross approximately every 30 minutes and take about 50 minutes to reach Tonbridge station. By bus. From Tonbridge Station take the Arriva 402 bus to Coldharbour Lane for 9 stops (15 minutes) and walk up Coldharbour Lane for 10 mins to reach the hospital entrance. By taxi. Turn right from the main entrance of the station to find the taxi rank in Waterloo Road.
