Renovo takes very seriously its responsibilities to ensure that there are processes in place to protect children, young people and adults at risk from abuse and harm when accessing our services or receiving treatment. We have stringent policies that provide clear guidance on how to manage and respond to any concerns. All our staff undertake mandatory training relevant to their role
We work closely alongside our health, social care, local authority and policing partners to prevent abuse and neglect and promote health, wellbeing and high-quality care. To ensure we continue to protect those that may be vulnerable, we have a dedicated Safeguarding Lead.
We safeguard adults at risk from harm by promoting good practice and quality care through education and effective working processes within a multi-agency framework.
