Lesley McLay

Lesley is the Group Chief Operating Officer and joined the business in May 2019. She is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a strong clinical background and over 25 years’ experience in the NHS, and has operated at Board level for 15 years. Lesley has also spent 7 years working in the private sector at Director level.

Lesley’s key strength is partnership working and creating a whole system approach to care and her expertise stretches across acute services, primary care and integrated health and social care.

Lesley is also a Trustee of a newly established social care provider.
